I can't switch/add profiles in synapse 4 for my Razer Wolverine Pro V3 Xbox, I can in the Xbox app on PC

I cannot add new profiles in the synapse 4 app for my razor wolverine pro v3 xbox. I can modify the 4 that are saved on the controller and that's it. However if I switch the controller to Xbox mode and open the Razer controller for Xbox setup app on the PC I can save/load to the controller/ create new profiles/ect as normal. Software and controller and dongle are all up to date
