I can't use my activation code

i reinstled windows and when i insteled 7.1 surround sound i can't use activation code bcs license has arledy taken. What i can do when i can't use my own License

Just login to your Razer ID account. Once it has been activated, then you don't have to re-activate it again, because it's bound to your account.

When i open application i'm logined to same account as before.
I don't have any Razer ID account.

If you have account for synapse / insider etc. then you have Razer ID account.
Is there any chance, that activation code was used on some other account?
