I can't view RMA status because I can't log in | Razer Insider

When I want to see the RMA status, the website prompts me to log in again. But I couldn't log in. For the first time, it prompted me to enable Cookies. My browser has all cookies allowed. Then I went back to the page and tried to log in a second time. It reminds me, "there has been an error with your request."



I tried to empty all of my browser's caches and settings. It repeats the above two questions again.



There was the same problem the other day. I need to log in again and again without clearing any cache and cookies for it to log in successfully.



My browser is chrome, version 85.0.4183.121
Do you get the same results using other web browsers? If so, then this is highly likely a server-side issue. Do send me a message so I can create a report and get this investigated.
