I cannot access my activation code.

I registered to obtain an activation code using the serial number on the box. However, the section where the activation code should appear was displayed only as a black screen. I was informed that a copy of the activation code had been sent to my email address, but I did not receive it. The only information I received via email was the 15-digit serial number printed on the box.

Let me assist you with your headset. Can you send me a PM with the serial number together with the email address associated with your Razer ID so I can verify it in our system and check the registration details?
