i cannot get my activation code for surround 7.1

well i purshased a headset of RAZER Black Shark V2 X with this SN : 9removed for security purposes)

i bought it from application store called Aliexpress on 22.11.2024 and it arrived a weak ago to my home

so i tried to register it on your site to get the activation code but it said that its registred before so i dont know what to do so please can you fix that problem or give an explain

Also, the resellers from AliExpress is not listed as Razer's authorized store. I suggest you take advantage of your warranty from the reseller. Please note that purchasing products from non-authorized dealers can often result in the use of counterfeit, re-boxed, defective, or gray market goods.
