I cannot receive the code for 7.1 audio

Dear Razer Support, I recently purchased a pair of Black Shark V2 X headphones, but they didn't come with an activation code for the 7.1 audio. When I tried to enter the requirements to receive it through product registration, it told me that the product was already registered, even though I hadn't registered it. I was hoping you could help me.

Where did you purchase your headset? Have you tried reaching out to the reseller to request a replacement? Please note that we don’t have the option to remove the device from another account once it’s already linked to a different Razer ID. The best option for now is to take advantage of your warranty from the store where you just purchased the product. Feel free to PM me your headset’s serial number and proof of purchase for if you need further assistance.
