Hi Everyone



I has purchase the product "Razer Basilisk X Hyperspeed" today.



But when I try to register this product, it show me the error below







But I am very sure that the serial number and product number is correct.

Same problem here for the Viper Ultimate
Double check that you are typing correctly

Do not get mix '0' with 'O' or 'I' with 'l'



If the serial number starts with RZ, try RC vice versa



Sometimes other english keyboard layout does not work like UK, use US english layout
i have a razer kraken tournament edition, and i have surround sound on it but when i type in the serial number, im 3-4 numbers short, and ive made sure everything is correct..a little help?

Be sure to prepare the followings to help them do their job faster



  • The product you are trying to register

  • S/N of the product

  • P/N of the product

Hi radioBrightGreenplace682. That's right. The Razer Kraken Tournament Edition's audio settings can be tweaked via Razer Synapse 3.0 only. Ensure that the USB audio controller is connected so that the Razer Synapse 3.0 can detect your device.
