I cannot register my product

Double check that you are typing correctly Do not get mix '0' with 'O' or 'I' with 'l' If the serial number starts with RZ, try RC vice versa Sometimes other english keyboard layout does not work like UK, use US english layout

i have a razer kraken tournament edition, and i have surround sound on it but when i type in the serial number, im 3-4 numbers short, and ive made sure everything is correct..a little help?
