I cannot register my Razer product

Hello! I am new to Razer products, and I am trying to register my new Razer mouse, but I keep getting a “Product Number does not match” message. I made sure several times to check if I had everything correct, and I do, I even checked the tool tip just to be sure I was using the right letters/numbers. I just keep getting that does not match message no matter what. Please help! Thank You!
