I cannot return my order.

I can't return my order; I'm on the page where you have to enter your email and order number, but it says it's not recognized even though it's the correct one.

I understand you're having trouble with the return process. To isolate the issue, please try a few steps on your end:

  1. Make sure you're entering the same email address used when the order was placed.
  2. Double-check the order number and make sure there are no extra spaces or missing characters.
  3. Try copying and pasting the details instead of typing them manually.
  4. If possible, test it in a different browser or in an incognito/private window.

To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:

  • Click on START MY RETURN
  • In “Contact Razer Support” choose “Razer.com Orders” and click ”Return My Purchase”
  • Click on “Submit A Support Case” and fill in the form
  • Follow the steps in the flow to kickstart your returns
