I cant add a new macro on my mouse in the app razer synapse 3, what i can do?

    What do you mean you can't add macro on your mouse? Does the + icon on the Macro list not working? PM me more details about what's happening when you try to add macro on your mouse. Better yet, a screenshot/ a short clip would do. For now, please perform a clean reinstallation of your Synapse by following this guide. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
