i want to add games manually because automatic is not working and i want to click the + sign to add games but its grey and wont let me click as the refresh keep on circling. pls help me i want to play my games

      • Which game did you want to add in Razer Cortex automatically?

      Greetings Michelle, Hi there ,I'm a customer of Razer since I like its products very much but there is an issue with the Razor software specifically Razor Cortex I can't seem to add a game manually via  + or the game does not appear automatically when I installed the game from Epic Games other than this problem there are no issues Razor Cortex is the finest best software ever for gamers created Please can you help me with that And the game name is “Where Winds Meet”. It's a new game that is free for gamers to play on Steam and Epic Games, I would appreciate your help and wait for your response,

      And the detail for my issue is that I have already created a desktop shortcut of the game Where Winds Meet and still, I cannot add the game, when I try to add it shows the game is already installed and I know it is installed but why is not appearing in my library on Razer Cortex. I have started the Razer game service engine or manager something like that and ended the task of Razer cortex to start from the scratch, watched multiple YouTube tutorials and still got to nothing. In the services. MSc on Windows run, I stopped, restart and refreshed all services multiple times but it can't seem to fix my issue. And for the detail of my device that I am using MSI radar 18 HX will RTX 5090 graphic card and I can't seem to understand why this level of specification Razer is having troubling with and before the game was automatically added but I removed it from my library using remove option and I want add the game again but can’t seem to do it.
