i cant connect my Razer BlackShark v2 pro to the phone app

So I have this headset since Christmas last year and I wanna specify my sound quality and bass etc. but when I try to connect it to the Razer audio app it doesn’t find my headset.It does connect with the phone and everything but it just doesn’t work with the app.I wanna make the sound better so please give me some advice.thanks and god bless
