Hey, I bought a new razer headset (Blackshark v3 White edition)
I Couldn’t find my 7.1 surround key, and I registered this product to my account, for the white edition when I check it the support tab for the 7.1 surround, out of the list for this reason I couldnt ask a key or open support ticket.

Upon checking the specifications for the BlackShark V3, it is not supported by 7.1 Surround Sound. Instead, it comes with THX Spatial Audio and is integrated within Razer Synapse, which is a more advanced and immersive version of 7.1 Surround Sound.
Please note that THX Spatial Audio feature does not require an activation code. You can configure and customize your THX Spatial Audio through this link: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/13209
