I Cant Get 7.1 Surround Sound Activation Code

I’ve just bought brand new razer kraken kitty v2 pro from amazon tr, (seller is amazon itself) but i cant find my Surround Sound Activation Code it says we sent it to your email adress but i havent received any email and activation code part shows blank i need immediate help.
