i cant install synapse 3 on my windows 7 64bit

everytime i go to install it a black window comes up briefly then just disapears and the program wont come up.

    Do you have an AntiMalware running in the background? If so, please temporarily disable it and run the installer with administrator privileges. PM me if the problem persists.
