I cant log in to Razer Synapse 3 (beta)

I tried reinstalling it, restarted my computer, updated Windows, turned off the AntiVirus. And my router is fast so it can't be the problem and im connected with ethernet. Please help! :(

And when i installed the razer synapse 2 it doesnt show my mouse.
