I can't log in to 7.1 Surround Sound it says it can't be found

Are you still having trouble logging into your Razer ID on our site or any Razer-related apps? If not, please update your Razer software and check if your antivirus or firewall is blocking any Razer-related files. If you're using a VPN, try disabling it or connecting to a different internet connection to see if the problem persists. If it does, then please reinstall the affected Razer application. If you need further help, feel free to PM me the screenshot from the error message and save the harable file via Google Drive so i can check. Have a good one!
