I cant make purchase

Hello, i live in “Georgia, City tbilisi. i know my country is not listed in delivery but i have “delivery address in usa”.
But unfortunately i cant purchase item. i was charged for product but i recived refund in 5 minutes. 
As i see problem is “Shipping and Billing” adresses becouse my shipping address does not match to billing one, but i cant really write my “Billing address” becouse its not listed there.

So i hope there is someone to help me, Thank you.
