I CANT RECEIVE SMS CODE (Philippines)

Hello. I cannot receive any pin/code on my SMS. How am I supposed to change it. I have my own email. Is there any way I could just authenticate using that? I can't look at my backup codes. I can't use google authenticator. Anything I try it'll just bring me back to using my phone sms and i NEVER receive anyting.

 

what i've tried:

-logging in incognito

-clear cache and data

-reinstall restart (both phone and wifi)

-try contacting live support but I can't get connected on a live agent

 

 

what I think the problem is:

-region specific

-I did not use my region code +639 and just put 09 (which the first numbers we use here in ph)

 

Can I get some help? I wanna use my Razer Gold.
