I cant register my device because it wont recognize the serial number.

I am trying to register my Razer Kraken V4X Which i bought recently, June 29 2025, and i inputed the serial number and product number and the prrof of purchase and the date of purchase. However it says “

Please double-check similar characters such as:

"I" and "1"

"O" and "0"

“

Please help razer admins.
