I purchased a Razer Basilisk V2 on Nov 3. Razer sent me a link in email to follow my order ,but it does not work. It just takes me to an error page. I went to my account to see my order there. I could not find my order anywhere on the Razer site either. Im not sure what to do.



edit: I just want to know if they got my order or not cause I am not sure.
Please send me the email you used and the order number, if you have one already, so I can check what's going on.
