Hi Razer, thanks a lot for  helping me in this situation : i'm desperate

I bought this mouse in 2022. I had some difficulties, but I managed to use it. I started noticing the mouse disconnecting ; so I entered Synape, I clicked on Profile , and then mi Naga disconnected and stop working ….. It doesn't recognize it... The lights come on, but the mouse doesn't work. I researched on many official razer pages, I checked my device manager. I made the following recommendations from a similar article with my case:

Check the USB connection: Ensure that the Razer Naga X is properly connected to your computer via the USB cable. Try using a different USB port to rule out any port-related issues. If you're using a USB hub, try connecting the mouse directly to the computer.

Restart your computer: Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve connection issues. Restart your computer and see if the Razer Naga X connects properly afterward.

Update Razer Synapse: Make sure you have the latest version of Razer Synapse installed on your computer. Razer Synapse is the software used to configure and customize Razer peripherals, including the Naga X. Visit the Razer Support website (https://www.razer.com/support) to download and install the latest version of Razer Synapse for your device.

Update device drivers: Ensure that your computer has up-to-date USB and mouse drivers. Visit the manufacturer's website (e.g., the support page of your computer's manufacturer or the Razer website) and check for driver updates for your specific operating system.

Try a different USB cable: If possible, try using a different USB cable to connect the Razer Naga X to your computer. A faulty or damaged USB cable can cause connection problems.

Test on a different computer: Connect the Razer Naga X to a different computer and see if it works properly. This will help determine if the issue is specific to your computer or the mouse itself.

Reset the mouse: Some Razer mice have a physical reset button on the underside. Use a paperclip or a small pin to press and hold the reset button for a few seconds. This can help reset the mouse and establish a new connection.

I update my drivers USB  ; check my energy ;  lights , etc. Even i search in ur official web for a manual download  drive for Naga X…..i didnt found it…..

I trust your brand, its quality... but these errors baffle me... I can't find any solution... Please; Is there any warranty or support from you?Thank you so much

The same happened to me, my mouse simply stopped working. Support told me they cannot send a replacement to Brazil. What am I supposed to do?

Same happening to me, started yesterday and can’t figure out how to fix it. Every time I unplug and plug again it stats working, sometimes just for a few seconds and sometimes for hours

I am having this same issue and have done all of the recommended steps to fix it. I’ve done a clean uninstall of Synapse and a full reinstall 2 or 3 times now. I’ve checked every USB port on my gaming PC and even brought my mouse into work to check on that PC. It connects to devices for a couple of seconds to a couple of minutes before disconnecting entirely. This mouse is only 2 years old, so this is extremely frustrating!

i have the same insue =/////

Same issue here, I bought my mouse one week ago and it’s already happening.

The lights are still on but the sound that some usb was disconnected appears right after a few seconds when I plugged again the naga x usb.

I tried everything, it’s all updated, restarted the pc, uninstalled razer synapse, cleaning usb ports, changing usb ports and nothing.

Sometimes the mouse works more than a few seconds, minutes, but never works for the entire day.

That’s my second razer naga, I bought the first one in 2013, it was good, but this one in 1 week get me thinking to ask for a refund and go for the Logitech.

Same here, tryed all the steps and sended a support e-mail. At this point I lost all my faith on the Brand my Naga X just stoped working in 1 year of use and is not been recognized in any device. Since we all left in blank, It can be they are like apple using synapse to crash your driver on mouse after a time using and make u buy other.

Guy I have a same issue as you.

The solutions is turn off the mouse lights in synapse by other mouse.

In my case the USB-A not detect the mouse so I tried the USB-C to USB-A and I have abouts 30s to then turn it off.

Good that I come across this post, I was about to buy this mouse, but now will be looking in to other options. Thanks for leaving post like this.

i just made the mistake to buy one resealed from a local vendor… the mouse dose not light up it dose not track or click but the scroll wheel works...

I have the exact same problem. The only frustrating thing is that Synapse got a new update and then this bug happened. I cannot believe it. Everything works seamlessly for several years and an update ruins it all.

Not to mention that before this I can connect to any computer without Synapse, and then, I cannot connect to any computer, at all! How can this happen?

I got this after an update, and now it is useless. What did they have in the latest update? To force customers to buy a new one?
