I changed my computer and now I'm having trouble activating 7.1 surround.

I bought the razer battle bundle last month, registered the products and received an email with an activation code. Today I upgraded to a new pc and the old activation code doesn't work anymore, and when I enter my blachshark v2 x on the razer website it says "The 7.1 Surround Sound code for this model is not available, please click here to contact customer support."

    I was downloading the wrong software, my bad. THX surround was the wrong one, now it works fine when I downloaded the 7.1 surround correctly.
