I couldn’t charge my laptop

I can’t charge my laptop from yesterday, and I don’t know what’s happening. I bought blade stealth 13 on 12/19/2021, only after 8 months and I had this problem. How can I do for it, if I not in USA but I need the help for my laptop. Could I go to Taiwan’s Razer store to fix my laptop? Is it covered under warranty?
