i couldnt change my binded email because i cant login my outlook

Since you no longer have access to your Outlook inbox, you cannot verify the email change yourself.  PM me the following:

1. Full Name
2. Date of Birth
3. Phone Number
4.  Country
5. Your old Email Address
6. Your New Email Address
