I couldnt claim the garena shells that i bought from razor gold

I used my razor gold to buy Garena shells and the transaction was a success. However when I try to enter the serial number and the pin to claim the Garena shells. It says invalid serial number and pin and asked me to try another serial number and pin. I checked with my receipt which shows the serial number and the pin I enter correctly but it still says invalid serial number and pin.
