Hi,

 

I'd like to return my order but the Returns & Customer Support system is not working. The return window closes today.

When I submit a return request, I receive an error see attatched

When I attempt to contact customer support via product support the ticket fails to register on submission

How can I get in touch with Razer to discuss this further?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Did you already try clearing the cache of your browser or switching to private/incognito mode for further isolation? If you already have an existing support ticket, please PM me the case number so I can check its status and coordinate with the relevant team for an update.
