I damage numbers

I damage a few number of the PIN. There no services for a Ticket because is out of service. until June.

What can I do. Theres no phone service. I buy them in a supermarket

I’ve replied to your message. I suggest you submit a Ticket and send the case ID number so I can notify the team. Please make sure to include all relevant information and photos of the card with an over-scratch code. Kindly ensure to follow the specifications as below:

1. Everything has to be a separate image.
2. Do not stack the gift card and receipt.
3. Do not blur or mark on the gift card and receipt.
4. Kindly change the file size to a smaller size.
5. Kindly ensure that the images are clear and show all four corners.
