When i tap my transaction details in my razer gold account there a pop up said "Oops! We are still loading your transaction details. Please try again later.But my razer gold credits were deducted already.
Please check your bank's customer service as there can be an authorization charge where the fund is held by your bank before transferring it to a merchant. The fund transfer may take several days depending on your bank. Otherwise, submit a ticket to our Razer Gold Team by clicking this link.
