I registered them on Razer ID, but I did not receive the activation code for 7.1 surround sound in my email, and it does not come with the code.

Upon checking, the Razer Kraken X Lite 7.1 Surround Sound activation code can be found on the scratch card included in the box, as indicated here. I hope this information helps.
