I have been requesting OTP from Razer in order to go through a certain purchase (for games), and suddenly I have not received any codes from the OTP. Backup codes does not work because it is lock from the SMS verification system. Also, additional problem, I can’t request anymore OTP since I have this notification at the bottom right of the image that stated “There was unexpected error….”

same problem, please update if you get it fixed. it’s so frustrating tbh, can’t use my razer gold since yesterday. been using razer for years but only encountered this issue yesterday and their chat support is so bad. so dissapointing.
problem solved already by costumer service last 3 days ago. Took them 4 days do reply. They fix it within the day if reply within the day.
