On december 19 ,I bought Kaira X headphones and registered the product on the Razer website but until now i have not receive the 7.1 sound activation code. The only thing I received was an email confirming my successful product registration. My email is : ngothieukhang@gmail.com. I also tried going to this link to request a new code: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/self-help/surround-sound/index. the system said “A copy of the activation code was sent to ngothieukhang@gmail.com” But still not received the code .
