I didn’t get 7.1 surround sound code with my headset. Please help

Can someone help me get an activation code for 7.1 surround sound. I didn’t get one with my razer black shark v2 x. Please help.

I'll be moving this thread to RAZER Support forums It does take about a week for the 7.1 SS activation code to arrive The code will be sent to the email address which the product is registered under. If it has been more than a week~ wait for one of the RAZER official stuff for further advice through this thread Prepare the followings~~~
  • Name
  • S/N
  • P/N
  • Proof of purchase (legal receipt)
  • Email address &/or RAZER ID used for registering your RAZER product
Otherwise drive your hearing senses through the roof by upgrading to THX Spatial Audio. Most latest RAZER headsets are THX Spatial Audio compatible. Check it out by clicking the following link~ https://www.razer.com/p/RZ11-13000-0001

I registered my product yesterday. Will the code arrive to me?
It should be within 24-72 hours, at least from the date you've registered the device. However, the Razer BlackShark V2 X can only acquire the 7.1 Surround Sound code through an activation card. Please submit a request by clicking this link or send me a PM so I can communicate with the team on your behalf. I'll be locking this thread now.
