I bought a Razer Blade 16 (2025) and went through all the step to get Game Pass but they don’t show up and it says “Your device did not come with anything” and I can’t redeem it.

I didn’t get my 1-month PC Game Pass
Which store promoted this? Was it Razer themselves or a third party like JB Hi-Fi or Good Guys?
