Self-service should show the code directly on the website. Any screenshots what you’re doing?

And the area below Actvation code? Is it the same as on the screenshot (black)? If yes try to click on it or maybe try to highlight (just hit CTRL+A - should highlight whole text on website) - because there should be an activation code...

And what’s happening with the area below Activation code when you click on the headset icon?

Also what browser are you using? Did you’ve tried different web browser?

yep, i dont get any code at all, im using opera gx but i tried in my phone with google and safari and nothing

i tried with edge too and nothing
