I didn't receive OTP at my sms

I’m having a problem in my OTP codes and so I cannot proceed to my purchase and also cannot change my 2-step authentication or get my backup codes because again no OTP is arriving. I need help please Now I cannot do anything with my account since every transaction even updating any details needed to have an OTP via SMS but nothing arrives. Thanks

I understand you're having an issue with your Razer account OTP. Let's try the following steps to resolve it. Please give them a try and wait about 15 minutes before attempting again:

  1. Ensure your mobile device has a strong internet connection. Consider refreshing or resetting your network if needed.

  2. A simple restart of your computer or mobile device can sometimes fix connectivity issues.

  3. Log out of your Razer Gold account, then log back in to refresh your session.

  4. Clear your browsing history, including cache files and cookies, which might be causing interference.

  5. Try making your purchase using a private or incognito window in your browser.

If these steps don’t resolve the issue, please submit a ticket or chat with customer service via the green chat button at the bottom right of the page. When contacting them, provide the following information to help reset your account OTP:

  • First Name:
  • Last Name:
