I didn't receive the 7.1 activation code

Good morning, Razer team! I recently purchased a Blackshark V2 X headset via MercadoLivre from a reputable seller. However, when I went to register the product on the Razer website, it said my product had already been registered and that I should contact your support. Is there any way you could send me the activation code?Product serial number:
