Hello, I did not receive the activation code for 7.1 sound on my headphones. After registration, I expected to see the code, but it was nowhere to be found. I have already checked everywhere in my mail, in spam, in mailings and in the basket. But there is nothing anywhere. Please help me solve my problem.

You can find your device's activation code on the scratch card included in the packaging as indicated here. If the card is missing or the code is already used, I suggest contacting the reseller for a refund. Please be informed that product registration mainly serves warranty purposes. All the best!
