I didn't receive the email with the 7.1 audio activation code. Please, I need help.

Hi, I bought the BlackShark v2 X headphones at a store in my city, but I can't get the 7.1 Surround Sound code.

I have the serial number on the box and on the headphones. The store even provided me with a photo of the payment receipt. Can you help me? I need the code.
