I don't get my 7.1 activation code sent in my mail no matter what i do?!

I bought my kraken kitty v2 pro’s 4 days ago and received them yesterday, they’re not used they were perfectly sealed, I surely am the first person who opened the box, but there are not any physical scratch card inside it? (I’m not sure if it even supposed to include one) so then I registered my device here, but when i go and try to get my activation code sent to my mail by putting my serial number it says “A copy of the activation code was sent to (mymail)@gmail.com”  But i don’t receive it? I receive literally ANY other razer mail but not this one, I’m frustrated and need help :( I’m editing this it’s not in the spam box either.)
