I am pissed... I bought my headphones almost 2 years ago and I didn't activate the 7.1 surround sound because I didn't need it but now I do and I've been trying everything. I registered my product to hopefully get the code by email, and I tried talking their support. I AM PISSED AT RAZER SUPPORT... its stupidly hard to get a hold of them everytime I try to make a ticket something either glitches or nothing happens. HOW DO I OPEN A TICKET? What do I need to do to get my code and why is it this hard in the first place.
