I don't have a 7.1 surround code for my Razer Kraken v2 Pro kitty

Good morning I just bought my Razer Kraken v2 Pro kitty headset, however I never received an email with my activation code for the surroud 7.1 software (even though it is clearly written on the box that it is eligible.) Can you help me ?
