Hello, I bought the Black Shark v2 X model. It didn't come with a license code. I went to the site to get the code, but it gives an error saying that the registration has already been completed. Is there a way? I even have the serial number and product code.

Hi iiwolfensteinii,

I understand you're experiencing difficulty registering your Razer BlackShark V2 X due to its serial number being already registered to another account. I have confirmed that the Razer BlackShark V2 X, with serial number is already registered to a different account as of October 27, 2023, and claimed the 7.1 Surround Sound activation code. I suggest you take advantage of your warranty from the seller, since we cannot remove the device from the previous account.

To ensure authenticity and prevent similar issues in the future, we recommend buying Razer products from  authorized Razer resellers. This ensures you receive a genuine device. Be aware that products from non-authorized dealers may be used, counterfeit, re-boxed, defective, or gray market goods. Take care for now!
