Hi, I need help with my new set of Kraken V4.
I don´t know exactly why they aren´t connecting but this is my main theory.
I am not sure if I’m charging them correctly or if they are broken. They are brand new and I tried connecting them to my computer but once I plug them in to charge them, they instantly stop charging, it’s like they connect to the pc and a second later, they disconnect, so I’ve tried charging them in a normal charger, as I would with my phone, but they have been connected to it for the last 4 hours maybe and the light is still blinking red.
