Good time of day. The product is registered. I received the activation code. I enter the activation code in THX Special Audio, but I get the error message "The entered code is invalid. Please try again." How do I activate the code in my case? Serial number 862426D13413634 Product Number RZ04-03240100-R3M1

    Yes, it’s invalid because you’re trying to activate wrong app.

    The THX Spatial Audio is difference from the 7.1 Surround Sound feature. I think you have entered the code on the wrong software. Please send me a PM along with your headset’s serial number so I can validate it and help you with the activation.
