I entered the serial number correctly but I still get this message, what should I do?

I understand that you’re having issues with your device’s serial number. Have you tried changing the letters "I" (for India) and "O" (for Oscar) to the numbers "1" (one) and "0" (zero) and vice versa? Serial numbers sometimes mix these visually similar characters, which can easily lead to a typo.


If the issue still persists after trying that, please send me a PM with your device's serial number so I can check it here in our system. Alternatively, if it is easier, could you please send a photo of your device clearly showing the serial number so I can take a closer look? You can upload the photo to your Google Drive and send me the link. Just make sure the sharing settings are set to "Anyone with the link can view." Thank you!
