i forgot my authenticator app

I changed mu phone but I forgot to keep the authenticator app.And I don’t have backup codes.I wanna buy games with the Razer Gold but I can’t deal with the authenticator thing.I want to reset my authenticator.I would be grateful if someone could help me about that
