I format my pc and now it says "Activate the product"

I format my pc and when i reinstalled THX Spatial Audio, even if i logged in with my razer account, it say me to activate the product but the code i used the first time it’s not valid anymore.

What can i do to solve the problem?

What headphones do you have?

Is it possible that you’ve registered the THX Spatial key with another RazerID account?

I was logged with another account, my fault ehehehe
