I get Morse sounds sometimes after I plug in my mouse.

sounds appear not often for 1 second approximately, the cursor stops. It seems to appear when I close something, but not always. This player has the exact same sound as me (0:13) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ddun9389HVU&t=32s&ab_channel=remembertomorrow0 I have deathadder v3 Razersynpse installed.

Update* Mouse freezing and Morse sounds sometimes appear when I minimize Counter-Strike 2 in full screen mode. Although, as I said, sometimes this problem can also occur in the browser, for example.
