I got my new razer Kraken I can hear the gameplay clear and The bass and footsteps but like 2 weeks later my Razer kraken is the loud enough and the bass and mic won’t work sometimes too I don’t know if it worn out because I use it more often and it’s my first one I purchased. Does anybody else have this experience mine is wired

    Are you referring to this model? Have you checked if the issue is happening when the headset is plugged into another 3.5mm port or computer? Feel free to submit a case to our Support Team or send me a PM should you need additional assistance. I’ll be locking this thread now.
